Who I Am

I’m Aisling. After spending eight years in tech recruitment, across Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, I moved into People Operations in 2022.

Since then, I have built a People Function from the ground up; establishing HR, building out policies and processes, and ensuring that operations do just that - operate.

I believe that without the right foundation, people cannot thrive. People are not resources, they are the heart of a company, and without a good foundation they cannot reach their potential.

I offer solutions grounded with ethics, fairness and momentum.

While I am based in Barcelona, I offer my services globally.
